1/2cupcrushed cinnamon graham crackersabout 4 sheets
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
1teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Bring a small pot of water to a low boil. Skewer the apples with wooden lollipop sticks. Quickly dip each apple in the boiling water for about 3 to 5 seconds to remove the waxy coating. This will ensure the caramel sticks and doesn't slide off. Dry each apple and set aside on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Place the caramels and water in a heatproof bowl and set over a pot of simmering water, making sure the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl. Cook, stirring often, until the caramels have melted through.
Dip each apple into the caramel, returning to baking sheet. Let set for about 30 minutes in the fridge. Dip each apple in the melted candy melts, then dip into the crushed graham crackers and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar (mix them together first before sprinkling on).
Let set for another 30 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
