2 1/3cupsalmond flour
¼cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonbaking powder
½teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt

½cupunsalted buttermelted and cooled
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspoonalmond extract
½cupfresh cherriespitted and halved
¼cupsliced almonds
powdered sugarfor dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper, cut into a circle to fit, and then grease with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center of the bowl and add in the beaten eggs, melted butter, vanilla and almond extract. Stir until well combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out into an even layer. Top with the cherries and sprinkle with almonds. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick, inserted in the middle, comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before removing the cake from the pan onto a plate to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
