Everything Bagel Cheese Ball

Spruce up the classic cheese ball recipe with this Everything Bagel Cheese Ball. It's your favorite breakfast bagel turned into an appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup red onion minced
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 4 scallions finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
  • Kosher salt and Coarse black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese on high until light and fluffy. Stir in the white cheddar and parmesan until well-combined.
  • Add in the red onion, garlic, scallions, capers, salmon (if using), 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning and a small pinch of salt and pepper. Give it a stir until evenly combined. Use a rubber spatula to transfer the mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball and wrap tightly. Allow to chill in the fridge until firm, about 3 hours or overnight.
  • Place the remaining Everything Bagel Seasoning into a shallow dish or plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll around in the seasoning mix until evenly coated. Place on a platter and serve alongside crackers, pretzels, bagel chips, carrots, cucumber, and/or radishes. Enjoy!
