Frozen Aperol Spritz

This Frozen Aperol Spritz is the perfect weekend end-of-summer batch cocktail. It's refreshing and just what we need after a long work week.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces prosecco
  • 6 ounces Aperol
  • 4 ounces soda water
  • Ice
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • green olives for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a blender about halfway with ice. Add the prosecco, Aperol, and soda water. Blend on high until smooth. Add more ice if needed and blend once more.
  • Pour into serving glasses and garnish each with an orange slice and an olive or two. Serve immediately and enjoy!
