2tablespoonscoarse salt
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper
1/2teaspooncoarsely ground black pepper
2cupsheirloom or regular cherry tomatoescut in half
1limejuiced
2tablespoonsfresh dill
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
2 to 4teaspoonshot sauce
4ouncesgin
8ouncestonic water
ice cubes
cucumber slicesfor garnish
serrano peppersfor garnish
lime wedgesfor garnish
Instructions
In a small shallow dish, combine the salt, cayenne, and black pepper. Run a lime wedge on the rim of 4 cocktail glasses, and then dip into the seasoning mixture.
Divide the cherry tomatoes, lime juice, and dill among each of the glasses. Muddle the ingredients together. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to each glass and give it a stir. Top off with ice, and pour 1 ounce of gin in each glass with 2 ounces of tonic water. Garnish with cucumber, serrano peppers, and lime wedges. Enjoy!
