2cups shredded Oaxaca cheese
1small white oniondiced
1/4cupfresh cilantrochopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°F with a pizza stone or steel in the center rack.
Set a stove-top grill pan over high heat. Once hot, grease lightly with oil and place the carne asada meat on. Cook until charred on the first side, about 8 to 10 minutes. Flip over and continue to cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and allow to rest for 15 minutes before chopping.
Lightly dust a work surface with flour and spread the pizza dough into a large thing round. Spread with the black beans and top with cheese and chopped carne asada. Using a pizza peel, transfer to the hot pizza stone or steel. Cook until golden brown and bubbly, about 15 to 18 minutes.
In a small bowl, toss together the onion and cilantro until evenly combined. Once pizza is done, carefully remove from the oven and place on a pizza pan. Top with the onion and cilantro mixture, the sliced avocado and your favorite salsa.
Cut into slices and serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
