Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato oil
  • 4 ounces pepperoni
  • 6 ounces kettle cooked chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes drained
  • 2 ounces burrata torn into pieces
  • Coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons torn basil leaves

Instructions

  • Heat the sun-dried tomato oil in a small skillet over moderate heat. Once hot, add the pepperoni slices and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • Pile the chips on a platter or plate and top with the pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, burrata, black pepper, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, hot honey, parmesan and basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
